Hatsune Miku as the Azure Dragon: this 1/7 scale figure by Kaiyodo stands approx. 270 mm tall including base and shows Miku with pearlescent dragon horns, a scaled dragon tail and a Chinese-style costume with gold ornaments. The base with its wave relief makes her appear to float above the water's surface.
In East Asian astronomy, the Azure Dragon is the guardian of the East and a symbol of spring. Based on an original illustration by Suan Lily, this figure translates the motif fully into Miku's design: antlers instead of horns, a slender dragon tail, flowing cloud ribbons in gold-trimmed plastic and flowers in her hair – plus the microphone in her hand, because she remains the singer she is.
