To ensure a transparent and smooth process, we would like to inform you below about the most important terms and notes regarding pre-orders.

1. What a pre-order means
Pre-order items are products that are not yet in stock at the time of ordering – they are either already in production, on their way to us, or newly announced by the manufacturer but not yet shipped.
By placing a pre-order, you secure the desired product bindingly at the price shown at the time of ordering.
All pre-order items are clearly marked as “Pre-order” on our website.

2. Estimated delivery time
The delivery dates shown on the product page are non-binding estimates based on information from manufacturers or suppliers.
Please note:
Changes to the release date or delivery delays can occur at any time (e.g. due to production or transport delays).
If the delivery date changes significantly, we will inform you in good time by email or via your customer account.
There is no entitlement to delivery on a specific date.

3. Payment and conclusion of contract
The full purchase price is due at the time of ordering.
The pre-order becomes binding as soon as you receive an order confirmation from us.
Accepted payment methods include:
PayPal
Credit card
SEPA direct debit
Instant bank transfer (Sofort) and other common payment methods

4. Price guarantee
The price displayed when you place the pre-order is binding.
Any later price changes (e.g. due to market or manufacturer adjustments) do not affect pre-orders that have already been placed.

5. Vouchers and discount promotions
Vouchers can be redeemed on pre-orders.
Other discounts or special promotions generally do not apply to pre-order items unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Right of withdrawal
The statutory right of withdrawal under Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) applies to pre-orders without restriction.
This means: the withdrawal period only begins once you have received the goods.
Early cancellation before shipping depends on the processing status of the order and cannot be guaranteed in every case. For more information, please see our Right of Withdrawal.

7. Shipping and combined orders
Pre-order items are shipped only after they have arrived in our warehouse and no earlier than the official release date.
Please note:
Pre-order items currently cannot be ordered together with items that are available immediately in a single order.
Likewise, it is not possible to combine several different pre-order items in a single order.
